The Big Duck Boat Tours has a very flexible 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to read booking information provided is not grounds for credit. Most bookings can be managed prior to departure through our 24-hour cancellation policy. This form is intended for exceptional circumstances.

For safety, The Big Duck will cancel tour operations in rough weather forecasts; should The Big Duck cancel any given tour departure, you are entitled to a Full Refund or/ reschedulling of your tour to an alternative date. Completion of this form is not required for weather (Big Duck) cancelled tour departures.
